The B&B is located just 7 km from the Fiera di Bologna, 4.5 km from the Maggiore hospital, 6 km from the city centre and the stadium, 9 km from Centergross, 9.5 km from the airport and 11 km from FI.CO and the Unipol Arena. There is a bus stop right in front of the entrance gate, the bus number is 92.

The B&B does not offer any meals but each room has a coffee and tea machine and a box of biscuits and croissants

The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 15 October without time limits, and is closed only on Sunday afternoons

The pool towel is not included and can be rented at a cost of € 2.50 each
